7. Inspection of Parcel
Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous and genuine parcel-opening video from the time the sealed parcel is visible until the product has been completely opened.
This video may be required if you report:
Parcel damage
Missing items
Wrong product
Product damage caused during transit
Unedited and genuine parcel-opening evidence is important for us to investigate a complaint.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our products are generally sold on a no-return and no-refund basis, except where a return, replacement, or refund is required under applicable law or where we determine that the customer received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product.
Returns/refunds will not normally be accepted for:
